Alma Street Pre-Prep (formerly Gympie Community Kindergarten) is a community based, non profit educa
The centre offers positions for pre-prep (3½-4 ½ years olds) in a child centred, play based environment. The centre is staffed by fully qualified, very experienced teachers and assistants, and offers stable groups for 5 day a fortnight sessions.
❗️Reminder❗️ Pie collection around 1:30pm tomorrow. Please keep an eye on emails for any delays and if you are travelling might be a good idea to bring a cooler bag.

The Thursday/ Friday friends have also been busy little bees! 🐝 finding bees, collecting nectar and pollen. One of our lovely bee keeper mum, Liby came into the centre to do a bee talk with the children.

World Bee Day! 🐝 Today the friends in Unit 1 Monday/Tuesday used potatoes to print a bee. They then added black for the stripes and next week will work on adding the rest of the features. Happy World Bee Day everybody 🐝

We’ve been busy little bees at kindy! 🐝 One of our very talented mums has written a book called Billie Bee. Yesterday Jess came into Alma Street and read her story to the Monday Tuesday groups and each child received a book to take home to share with their families. As a follow on the friends in Unit 2 scrunched up crape paper and glued it onto a big picture of Billie Bee. Thank you for sharing your beautiful book with us 🐝🌻
