When it comes to search engines, a very large portion of them have lapsed algorithms behind them. You can use the search same engine ten times, on ten different days, and get half of those searches different from the last. Occasionally you can even get different results using the exact same entries on two different sites. While you don't want to be searching the same engine multiple times to try and compensate for this variant, it is sometimes enough to understand it is a possibility, and try to use a variation in your parameters when your search comes up short.
