Executive Elections 2019 - Nominations !!!

Dear Members,

Please read the below requirements before nominating yourself for the upcoming elections for executive positions for the Supply Chain Management Society.

1. You must be a member of the club.
2. You must graduate by November 2020.
3. You must only nominate yourself for one position.

TIMEFRAMES:

1. Nomination closes on 26th September 2019 at 5 PM.
2. Online voting will start on September 27th and will close on October 5th 2019 at 5 PM.
3. Nominees with the most number of votes will be elected as executives.
4. The Annual General Meeting will take place on October 7th and future executives will sign the constitution.

THINGS TO CONSIDER:

1. Only society members have voting rights.
2. Current executive members will "not" have voting rights.
3. The society wants to maintain transparency during the elections so the voting will be displayed online in real-time.
4. In-case there is a tie between nominees, the deciding vote goes to the President of the club.
5. Each nominee should have at least 60% student member (non-alumni) vote
