One of the things Iโve most enjoyed about working at TAFE NSW is being part of an organisation that genuinely makes a difference in peopleโs lives. Itโs incredibly rewarding to support students throughout their learning journey and see them achieve their goals, whether thatโs starting a new career, developing new skills, or pursuing a lifelong passion.
Equally rewarding are the relationships Iโve built along the way. Over the years, Iโve been fortunate to work alongside many wonderful colleagues, forming connections not only within my local campus but also across campuses throughout the state. Many of these professional relationships have grown into lasting friendships, which has made my time at TAFE NSW even more meaningful.

As a Customer Service Representative, no two days are the same. My role involves assisting students and members of the community with enquiries, providing information and support, and helping people navigate their study options. I enjoy being a friendly first point of contact and ensuring everyone has a positive experience with TAFE NSW.
One of the biggest changes Iโve seen over the years is how our interactions have expanded beyond the local campus. While we once primarily supported people within our own community, we now connect with and assist students and customers from right across the state. This has broadened our reach, strengthened collaboration, and allowed us to support a much wider range of people on their educational journey.

My top tip is to stay organised and make the most of the support available to you. Don't be afraid to ask questions or seek assistance when neededโeveryone at TAFE NSW wants to see you succeed. Over the years, I've seen many students overcome challenges and achieve great things simply by staying committed, reaching out for support, and believing in their ability to succeed. Remember that every small step forward brings you closer to achieving your goals.

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is seeing students achieve things they once thought were out of reach. Over the years, Iโve been fortunate to witness countless success stories, from students gaining qualifications and new careers to building confidence and reaching personal goals. Knowing that Iโve been able to support them along the way, even in a small way, is incredibly fulfilling and one of the reasons Iโve found my work at TAFE NSW so rewarding.
