EXCEEDING RATING
On Wednesday, 30th July 2025, we welcomed a representative from the Department of Education for our Assessment and Rating (A&R) visit. These visits are an essential part of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and are designed to assess and monitor the quality of early childhood education and care services across Australia.
During the visit, the assessor spent the day observing our practices across all learning environments, speaking with educators, and reviewing documentation to evaluate our compliance with the seven Quality Areas of the National Quality Standard (NQS). These areas include:
1. Educational Program and Practice
2. Children’s Health and Safety
3. Physical Environment
4. Staffing Arrangements
5. Relationships with Children
6. Collaborative Partnerships with Families and Communities
7. Governance and Leadership
We are incredibly proud to share that our Preschool received a rating of Exceeding the National Quality Standard in all seven Quality Areas. This is a significant achievement and a reflection of the dedication, professionalism, and passion of our entire team.
Receiving an Exceeding rating across the board recognises the consistent, high-quality practices we implement every day to support the learning, wellbeing, and development of all children in our care.
