Building friendships at Journey is all about creating meaningful connections, learning to care for one another, and discovering the joy of playing together. 💚 Through shared experiences, laughter and everyday moments, our children are developing a sense of belonging, strengthening their social skills and learning the importance of kindness, turn-taking and supporting their friends. These special connections help our children feel safe, valued and connected to their Journey community. 🌿✨

Our Environment becomes the Adventure.

Today, our familiar Kindy 2 environment became part of a very special pirate adventure!

It wasn't just "Pirate Day", the children used their own environment as the story. The tree they know and play around, the sandpit they explore, the waffle blocks they have been building with, and even the lizard we recently discovered enjoying the sunshine all became part of our treasure map.

🍎 Future Foodies at Journey Early Learning 🥕✨
At Journey, we believe a love of nutritious, balanced food can begin from the very earliest years! 🤍
Our Future Foodies program is Journey Early Learning’s exclusive holistic nutrition program, with recipes thoughtfully developed by nutritionist and dietitian Teri Lichtenstein to support the nutritional needs of growing children.
Every four weeks, our menu changes with the seasons, giving children opportunities to explore a variety of fresh flavours, ingredients and meals throughout the year. 🌱🍓🥦
But Future Foodies is about more than what’s on the plate! We bring food and nutrition into our curriculum too, creating meaningful opportunities for children to explore where food comes from, develop healthy habits and build positive relationships with food.
We’re excited to continue sharing our Future Foodies journey with our children and families! 🍽️💛
