Last Wellness Wednesday, students enjoyed a relaxing rock painting activity in the Wellbeing Hub. We were lucky to have support from Bunnings, Tammy and headspace Griffith , who helped make the activity a great success.

It was a wonderful opportunity for students to get creative, connect with others and take some time out to focus on their wellbeing. A big thank you to everyone who supported the day

This newsletter, put together by our SSO Sophia, provides parents and carers with helpful information about young people’s mental health and wellbeing, including common signs to look out for, ways you can support your child at home, and when it may be helpful to seek additional support.

We hope this information helps families feel informed, supported, and confident when having conversations about mental health and wellbeing.
