Today, Year 7 Geography students embarked on an eye-opening field trip along the Georges River, uncovering the beauty of Sydney's sandstone country and gaining insights into geomorphic processes through practical experiences.

Today, Mrs Franklin, Ms Montana and Mr Fields joined our HPGE Adviser, Andrew Herft, at the HPGE Partnership Schools Sharing Event.
The session provided an opportunity to reflect on and share Holroyd High School’s HPGE journey so far, highlighting the programs, opportunities and initiatives that are supporting our high potential learners to thrive.
We are proud of the progress we have made and excited about the future of HPGE at Holroyd High School as we continue to create challenging, engaging and enriching learning experiences for all students.

Today, Year 8 went on a Geography field trip to Penrith Lakes. Students learned about water management in a real local catchment and site water management strategies. Luckily, they managed to stay dry! Authentic learning at its best!

Recently some K9 friends from Delta Dogs have visited the school as part of our wellbeing program. Our students (and teachers) are loving embracing our new furry friends!
