The Hung Gar style is for: Strength. Self Empowerment, power, and advanced Self-defense system that culminates with the 5-Animal & 5- 5-Elements moves.

The Chi Gong Style- Gentler: Meditation. Chi energy to improve healing. such slow gentle movements combined with positive affirmations are easy to do , especially for seniors.

The whole systems have been systematically improved in Applications and for personal development. Sash Grades with Skill levels to achieve make it challenging and interesting.

Our Kung fu has been systematically improved overtime in efficiency and has been Systemised with achievable Gradings by Sifu Joseph with over 45years of experience,
