Swimming lessons give children so much more than just water skills. Through regular lessons, children build confidence, independence and listening skills while learning in a fun and active environment.

Our swimming program with Aquabliss supports children to:
• Develop strong coordination and muscle memory
• Follow instructions from a swimming teacher
• Build concentration and group social skills
• Grow confidence and independence
• Learn to enjoy the water while respecting its dangers

These early skills help prepare children for primary school routines while also building important life skills that support safety around water.
