Introducing Sessional Kinder 2027
Happy Sprouts Early Learning Greenvale and Craigieburn.
We’re excited to be offering Sessional Kinder in 2027 with a no out-of-pocket option for CCS-approved families.
Families can choose what works best for them:
• 2 days per week – 7.5 hours, 8:30am–4:30pm
• 3 days per week – 5 hours, 9:30am–2:30pm
• Choose any days of the week
There’s no need to pack lunchboxes or snacks. Our chef prepares fresh, nutritious meals every day, including a variety of multicultural dishes.
Each of our children enrolled in our Kinder program gets their very own Happy Sprouts Kinder pack which includes a Kinder Bag, Shirt and a Library Bag for the Leading Library Program.
Our Kinder program also includes:
📚 Reading incursions
⚽ Sports incursions
🎭 Performing Arts incursions
🔬 Dedicated STEM room
🧠 Dedicated Sensory room
📖 Our very own library and Leading Library Program
We’re also holding a Kinder Information Night where families can come along, meet the team and find out more about our Sessional Kinder and Long Day Kinder programs.

⚽🌍 FIFA World Cup Celebrations at Happy Sprouts Greenvale! 🌍⚽

What an exciting week we've had celebrating the FIFA World Cup!

Our children proudly came dressed in their favourite soccer jerseys and team colours, creating a vibrant atmosphere throughout the centre. We were thrilled to welcome Kelly Sports, who ran an energetic soccer session where the children practised their skills, worked together as a team, and had lots of fun scoring goals.

Our celebrations continued with creative arts and crafts inspired by the World Cup, along with a special menu featuring traditional dishes from countries around the world, giving the children the opportunity to explore different cultures through food.

It has been a fantastic week of learning, movement, creativity, and celebrating diversity through the world's biggest sporting event! ⚽🎨🌎

🐞🐜 Insect Week at Happy Sprouts Greenvale! 🦋🌿

Our little explorers have been discovering the amazing world of insects through hands-on learning and outdoor adventures!

This week the children:
🐛 Explored our outdoor environment searching for insects and their habitats.
🔍 Used tweezers and investigation tools to carefully observe and collect natural treasures.
🎨 Created beautiful insect-inspired artwork using a variety of creative materials.
🌿 Enjoyed the exciting opportunity to gently hold and observe our friendly stick insects, learning about their unique features and how to care for living creatures.

Through these experiences, children developed their observation skills, fine motor coordination, curiosity, and respect for nature while building a deeper understanding of the important role insects play in our environment. 🌏💚

🐥🌱 Our Chicken Hatching Program has started at Happy Sprouts Greenvale! 🌱🐥

Our children across all age groups are excited to be part of this special learning experience as they watch the eggs in the incubator and discover the amazing lifecycle of a chicken.

This week, our focus is on watching the chicks hatch, observing their development, and learning about how they grow. The children are building their understanding of counting, caring, growth, responsibility, and nurturing through this hands-on experience.

Each day, the children will visit the chicks with their rooms to check on their progress, share their observations, and learn how to respectfully care for our little arrivals. 🐣

Next week, once the chicks are ready, our children will have the opportunity to safely give the chicks a gentle pat while learning about kindness, care, and respect for animals. 💛

We are loving seeing the curiosity and excitement this experience has created across our Happy Sprouts community! 🌿✨

🐝🌼 Happy World Bee Day from Happy Sprouts 🌼🐝

Today we celebrate the tiny pollinators that make such a big difference to our world. World Bee Day raises awareness of the essential role bees and other pollinators play in keeping people and the planet healthy. 💛

Our little learners have been busy bees themselves, exploring sensory trays, creating beautiful bee-inspired art, and engaging in lots of hands-on activities throughout the day. 🐝🎨🌿

Let’s continue to teach our children the importance of caring for nature and protecting our precious pollinators.

At our centre, we love creating fun and active learning experiences for our children! 🏃⚽️🏀

Our Kelly Sports program with the amazing Coach Sam has been a huge hit! The children are building hand-eye coordination, teamwork skills, confidence, and a love for staying active — all while having so much fun with their friends 😊

Programs like this are just one of the many ways we support children’s growth, wellbeing, and development every day at our centre.

We love seeing our little athletes thrive! 💙
