Wednesday 17th June is a Curriculum Day, students are not required at school, as there will not be scheduled classes.

Staff will be participating in whole school professional development and will be unavailable on the day.

On Tuesday the 16th June students will finish at 2:15 so staff can undertake professional development. Buses have been notified of the early finish.

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Division Cross Country Success! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
What an outstanding day at the Division Cross Country Championships! Our students represented the school with determination, resilience and incredible sportsmanship, taking on a challenging course and giving their very best effort.
We are thrilled to celebrate the achievements of our team, with 23 students qualifying for the Northern Metropolitan Region (NMR) Championships – a fantastic accomplishment and a testament to their hard work and dedication.

A special congratulations goes to:
🥇 Hannah Fitzgerald – 1st Place, Under 14 Girls
🥈 Inessa Stabb – 2nd Place, Under 14 Girls

These results are an incredible achievement, and we are so proud of all students who competed and represented our school with pride.

Congratulations to everyone involved, and best of luck to our 23 qualifiers as they prepare for the NMR Championships! 💙💛

Greensborough Focus - Issue 4 National Reconciliation Week 2026: All In National Reconciliation Week (NRW), held annually from 27 May to 3 June, is a significant time for all Australians to reflect on our shared history and consider how we can contribute to a more inclusive and respectful future. These dates mark two key milesto...

Reconciliation week 2026 opens today May 27th. Greensborough College celebrates this years theme "All In" and strives to include authentic opportunities to display reconciliation actions everyday.

We would also like to acknowledge the following information regarding this years artwork from the Reconciliation Australia website.

"The campaign was created in collaboration with Carbon Creative, a First Nations-owned and operated marketing and creative agency.

The artwork for this campaign is by renowned Gumbaynggirr/Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey, who applied his distinctive style to create a colourful and optimistic visual representation of people from all walks of life being ‘all in’ to make change."

Today is national Sorry Day 2026. Greensborough College would like to take this opportunity to reflect on the hurt caused to Aboriginal families as part of the Stolen Generation and acknowledge the intergenerational impacts of this as documented in the Bringing Them Home Report of 1997.
