Yesterday, our 5/6 students proudly showcased their learning at Newton’s Game Lab. Their interactive arcade-style games demonstrated their understanding of forces and motion. It was a fantastic celebration of creativity, collaboration, and hands-on learning.

A huge thank you to Lisa and for their incredibly generous donation of beautiful pots to help freshen up the entrance to our school. Their kindness has helped create an even more welcoming and vibrant space for our students, families and visitors.

A special shout-out also goes to Mrs Kalnis and her wonderful Year 3/4 team, who rolled up their sleeves showed a green thumb, and helped plant our new additions. Your enthusiasm, teamwork and care for our school is greatly appreciated.

Our school disco was a fantastic night filled with music, dancing, laughter, and plenty of fun! It was wonderful to see students enjoying themselves and showing off their best dance moves. Thank you to everyone who helped make the night such a success!

Our wonderful students have been hard at work creating posters to remind our school community about our upcoming St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal. 🧡❄️

Winter can be a challenging time for many families, and together we have an opportunity to make a real difference. Through the simple act of donating non-perishable food items, we can help provide comfort, dignity and support to those who need it most.

We are so proud of our Mini Vinnies students for putting their faith into action and encouraging us all to think of others. Their compassion and commitment remind us of the strength of our school community when we come together with kindness and generosity.

Thank you to all families who are able to contribute. Every donation, no matter how small, helps us extend a helping hand and share some warmth this winter.

On Wednesday, we joined schools across the country for National Simultaneous Storytime, sharing the beautiful story of Luna Roo by Adrian Lloyd and Adam Jackson.

This week, the 3/4s finished reading The One and Only Ivan by Katherine Applegate. The story taught us about the importance of treating animals with kindness and respect. We learned that animals kept in captivity can feel lonely, sad, and mistreated when they do not have the freedom and care they need.
