Hey Mandurah, the local Mandurah Duck Race is on again this year. This year organiser's are looking for talented people across Mandurah and surrounding Suburbs to showcase your talent.

The organiser's are open to all acts at this stage.

Venue: Mandurah Eastern Foreshore
Date: Saturday April 4
Time: 10am to 6pm

This is a great event to connect with local musicians, music enthusiasts as well.

✨ The Solstice Pause ✨

If you feel a heavy pull toward rest, you are aligning with a profound global frequency shift. In the days around the solstice, your body and spirit instinctively seek silence and stillness.

The winter solstice marks the longest night a cosmic pause where the sun “stands still” before being reborn. For ancient civilizations, this was the true New Year, the birthday of the sun, and the beginning of a new cycle of light.

This year’s alignment with the New Moon deepens the darkness, creating a rare void a blank canvas for intentions and dreams. Whether in the Northern Hemisphere’s longest night or the Southern Hemisphere’s longest day, both extremes invite recalibration and renewal.

The solstice is the Still Point, a sacred threshold where external hustle dissolves into inner wisdom. Like a seed beneath the soil, your spirit requires withdrawal to prepare for growth. This is the time to release the old, face hidden fears, and create space for new miracles.

Your fatigue is not weakness it is your system syncing with Earth’s rhythms. Rest is repair, integration, and rebellion against a world that undervalues pause. Energy regathers, strength rebuilds, and clarity returns naturally.

🌟 2025 has been a year of transitions & achievements! 🌟

Though I don’t teach as many students as I once did, I’m blessed to still guide a few and one in particular has stolen my heart 💖. From shy and reserved to stepping on stage with confidence and flair, her journey as a singer, guitarist, and budding pianist is priceless 🎶✨.

I’m grateful to continue teaching and to share this path with two inspiring teachers who embody the spirit of the MKS Family where every milestone is celebrated, every student is encouraged to believe in themselves, and every mistake becomes a chance to grow 🌱.

The ripple effect continues… confidence, creativity, connection. That’s the power of music. 🎤🎸🎹
