A huge shoutout to our amazing Miss Sophie for creating such a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment filled with fun, engaging and meaningful experiences for all the children in her room.

Sophie is always seeking feedback and input from families and finding ways to incorporate their ideas, interests and suggestions into the room. She goes above and beyond to ensure every child feels supported, valued and included, while also being a wonderful support to the educators around her.

Toddler 2 have been busy creating a delicious Weet-Bix slice!

Cooking experiences provide children with so many opportunities to learn through hands-on exploration. As the children measured, mixed and combined ingredients, they were developing their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and early mathematical concepts such as counting, measuring and following sequences.

What a wonderful way for Toddler 2 to learn, create and enjoy their delicious creation together.

What a fun day kicking off Science Week across the service!

Each room has been busy preparing some exciting, hands-on science experiments, and we cannot wait to share all the fun, learning and discoveries with you!

From exploring how things work to making predictions, testing ideas and discovering something new, our children are ready to dive into the wonderful world of science.

🛒🍓 FRESH TO PLATE! 🍓🛒

Our toddlers headed out on a special grocery shopping adventure at Woolworths as part of our Fresh to Plate experience! 👩‍🍳✨

Armed with pictures of the ingredients they needed, our little shoppers worked together to locate, identify and collect everything required to make a delicious Weet-Bix slice 🥣🍫

This hands-on experience provided so many opportunities for learning as the children practised recognising familiar foods, following visual cues, making choices and working together to complete their shopping list 🛒💕

Now that the shopping is done… it’s time to get cooking! 👩‍🍳

Our little nursery friends had the BEST time exploring colours, lights and sounds during their very own Baby Rave! 🪩✨

Miss Alex and Miss Nikeisha transformed the cot room into a colourful sensory experience, creating beautiful rainbow lights using our light box and coloured scarves. 🌈💡

The babies danced and moved along to some of their favourite songs, waving, scrunching and exploring the scarves as they engaged their senses through touch, sight and sound 🥰🎶

Who knew learning could be this groovy 🕺🪩💃🏻

What a super fun way to learn and recognise our alphabet! Our children had an absolute blast playing alphabet bingo while building their letter recognition, listening skills, concentration and confidence.

As each letter was called, the children eagerly searched their bingo cards, matched the letters and celebrated when they found one! It was wonderful to see their excitement, enthusiasm and growing confidence as they recognised familiar letters.

Through fun, play-based experiences like alphabet bingo, children are developing important early literacy skills while also learning to take turns, follow instructions, listen carefully and participate as part of a group.

We love making learning exciting, engaging and meaningful for our children because when learning feels like play, the possibilities are endless!
