There’s something so special about curling up with a good book and a little listener by your side 💭📚 Whether it’s a silly story, a favourite fairy tale, or a quiet bedtime classic – reading with your child builds connection, imagination, and a love for learning! ✨

At preschool, we absolutely LOVE our visits to the local library 📚🏫 – it’s a magical place full of adventure, colour, and curiosity!

Want to raise a reader at home? Try this:
📖 Make books part of your routine – after breakfast, before bed, or anytime in between
📚 Let your child choose the story – even if it's the same one again and again 😅
🗣️ Talk about the pictures, characters, and “What do you think will happen next?”

😴 Sleep Like a Princess (or Prince) – Healthy Sleep Habits for Kids! 🌙✨

So here are 4 simple tips to make it easier:

🧼 Keep the Bugs Away – Hygiene Tips for Healthy Kids! 🤧🚫

There’s a bit of sickness going around lately 🤒, so let’s do our best to keep those pesky germs at bay! 💪✨

✔️ Wash those hands! 👐 Sing ‘Happy Birthday’ twice while scrubbing with soap 🫧
✔️ Catch that sneeze! 🤧 Use a tissue or sneeze into your elbow (dab-style! 😉)
✔️ Rest if you're unwell 🛌 Your body needs time to recover!
✔️ Keep it clean! 🧽 Wipe down toys, lunchboxes & frequently touched surfaces

Today at Liberty Preschool we are thrilled to celebrate the amazing team of Early Childhood Educators that we have! They are an amazing team, who are so passionate and dedicated to providing the BEST care for each child that walks through our front door.

Early Childhood Educators’ Day recognises and celebrates the work of Australia’s educators in early learning services for the important role they play in supporting children’s wellbeing, learning and development in the early years.

It’s a chance to say thank you to Australia’s early childhood educators on a very personal level by service operators, families and their children, as well as collectively at the state and national levels.
