Thank you to everyone who has submitted applications for the recently advertised office administrator position.
We have had an overwhelming response to our advert and a huge amount of resumes have been submitted. We will be going over resumes over the next couple of days and conducting interviews.
Thank you again, we are looking forward to filling this position by early next week :)

We are seeking an administration officer to join our team!

Granville Community Kindy is a not-for-profit service with a long history of delivering quality early childhood education to children and families within our community.

About the Role:

We are looking for an administration officer to work 2-3 days per week, completing a variety of administrative tasks and providing support to our Executive Committee and Nominated Supervisor. Days and times are flexible and will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

- Paid training (including first aid, manual handelling and child protection training)
- Paid working with children check
- Casual or permanent part time (negotiable with successful applicant)

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Works well within a team
- Good work ethic, reliable and organised
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to obtain a working with children card
- Knowledge of payroll, BAS, Superannuation, banking and reporting is beneficial
