The new centre favourite!

Hulk Smash Pasta (aka Broccoli Pesto Pasta)

Ingredients:

1 head of broccoli chopped
1 heaped tsp minced garlic
1 tsp basil paste
2 tbsp olive oil
30g pepitas
1 tsp lemon juice
30g parmesan cheese
1 bag of pasta

Method:

Steam broccoli, once tender set aside.
Using food processor place pepitas in and blend until resembles crumbs.
Add in remaining ingredients and blend until all combined, scrapping down the sides every now and then.
Once pasta is cooked then stir through the pesto and serve with some extra cheese on top.
