Coach Simon Tien on recent trip north found time to get up to Red bluff and pass on some medical supplies from Surfing Doctors]. While he was there he ran some training and went through their RFDS box and scenarios that could happen with the medications they have on board. We discussed primary and secondary surveys, heart conditions, head injuries, snake bites, femoral bleeds, spinal conditions, wound management and sepsis and head injuries.

It was well received and had attendance from there season workers. So good to share some knowledge with friends and also be apart of the Surfing Doctors] crew. I’d like to incorporatie some emergency training in our lessons in the future 🤙
