📱 Online orders only — so be sure to get your order in early!

A friendly reminder to our families that from Week 8 through to Week 10, our canteen menu will be minimised each day/week due to the upcoming school holidays.

To help us manage stocktake during this period, online orders will be required for all canteen purchases. Please note: Zooper Dooper purchases are the only exception and can still be purchased directly. 🍧

A friendly reminder to our parents and families that this Friday, 4th September, is a Student Free Day.

What a wonderful day at Waraburra State School for our Book Week Parade! 📚✨

It was fantastic to see our students dressed as their favourite book characters and celebrating the joy of reading, imagination and creativity. From classic storybook favourites to new characters, the effort and enthusiasm on display made today’s parade very special.

A big thank you to our students, staff and families for helping make Book Week such a fun and memorable event. Events like these remind us of the magic of books and the important role reading plays in learning and growing. 📚✨

🏆 WHAT A FANTASTIC FRIDAY SPORT SEASON! 🏆

A huge congratulations to our Senior and Junior Netball teams on their outstanding Grand Final wins last Friday! 🏆👏 What a fantastic achievement and a wonderful way to finish the season!

A special congratulations to Bailey, who was awarded MVP – Umpire’s Choice! 🌟

A big well done to all of our Friday Sport teams, including Hockey, Rugby League and Netball, for a fantastic season. 🏑🏉🏐 Your effort, commitment, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the season have been fantastic, and we are so proud of everyone who got involved.

Finally, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported, participated in and helped out with Friday Sport this season. Your time, encouragement and enthusiasm helped make the season such a success. ❤️👏

💚💛 WHAT’S ON THIS WEEK! 💛💚

What a wonderful week we had last week! 🎉 A huge congratulations to our students on two netball grand final wins 🏆🏐 and a big thank you to everyone who supported our students.

We also had a fantastic performance on Friday night — our students did an amazing job and made us all so proud! 🌟👏

Now we have another great week ahead at school! 😊
