Book Week 📚🌈

Just a few of the setups and crafts we have ready for Book Week! 📚✨

While our main focus is The Rainbow Fish, we’ve also incorporated some of our other favourite books into our sensory trays, crafts and activities. 🐠🌈

These are just a few of the favourite stories we love to read and explore together. We can’t wait to see where our Book Week adventures lead us! 💕📖✨

Little Deadlies Day Out was absolutely exceptional! We always have such a wonderful time attending this fantastic community event.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive, creating such a warm and inclusive atmosphere. A huge thank you also goes to all of the stallholders who provided an amazing variety of engaging activities for the children to enjoy. Their enthusiasm and dedication made the day so special.

To top it all off, we finished our morning with a delicious sausage sizzle and fresh fruit. It was the perfect way to end such a fun-filled day.

The smiles on the children’s faces said it all—we couldn’t wipe them off! Thank you to everyone involved for another memorable and enjoyable experience. We can’t wait for the next one!

A timely reminder for services and families using Child Care Subsidy.

Families who received CCS in the 2024–25 financial year need to confirm their family income by 30 June, 2026.

If this is not completed, CCS may stop and families may need to pay full child care fees from 6 July, 2026.

Services may wish to share this reminder with families before the end of June.

I am incredibly proud, humbled, and honoured to have been nominated for Educator of the Year 2026. To be recognised for doing something I am so passionate about is truly heartwarming and means more to me than words can express.

I feel so fortunate to do the job I love each and every day—supporting children as they learn, grow, discover, and thrive. Being part of their journeys is a privilege that I never take for granted.

I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support, kindness, encouragement, and guidance I receive from my coordination team, families, and fellow educators. Your belief in me, your ongoing support, and the relationships we have built are what make this journey so meaningful.

This nomination is not just a reflection of my work, but of the wonderful community that surrounds and supports me. Thank you to everyone who has encouraged me along the way. I am truly honoured, incredibly thankful, and proud to be part of such a rewarding profession. ❤️✨
