πDid you know CUC Goulburn is part of a national network? π
From Goulburn to communities across regional, rural and remote Australia, Regional University Study Hubs are helping students access tertiary education closer to home.
Last week, CUC Goulburn staff travelled to Ballarat, joining representatives from more than 50 Regional University Study Hubs and Centres at the 2026 RUSH Symposium, before attending the National Conference for Regional, Rural and Remote Education.
Across both events, one message strongly reflected what we see here in Goulburn every day: regional students have the ambition and ability to succeed. The challenge is ensuring they have access to the opportunities, pathways and support that allow them to do it.
The cost of relocating, leaving family and support networks, balancing work and study, and simply knowing where to start can all influence whether tertiary education feels achievable.
That's why having access to support close to home matters.
Being part of a national network allows us to share what's working here in Goulburn, learn from other regional communities and continue exploring better ways to support students, strengthen pathways and keep local talent connected to our region.
While CUC Goulburn is proudly local, we're part of something much bigger: a national commitment to ensuring where you live doesn't limit where education can take you.
