We prefer face-to-face & mixed mode training, as this allows for learning interactions between the trainers & the group, & within the group as a learning community. Our first goal is to make students feel welcome & valued as individuals, we help them "learn how-to-learn", & then to love learning & be good at it, so that they can be good at their work, trade and life in general. Each individual has
life experience and knowledge to contribute, & therefore is a learning resource for the group. Knowing this, we create a positive learning environment, & guide each training group become it's own "learning community". Our training is contextualised to the needs of employers & students. We conduct regular internal & external audits, our trainers & management team are committed to ongoing learning and continual professional development. We provide specialised support, training & assessment for - Language and literacy - Numeracy - ICT & computer foundation skills - Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people - People with a disability - Other learning support
Offsite training
We deliver training at locations throughout Southeast New South Wales & the ACT. Wherever there are enough numbers to run a course, we either come to you, or have one of our carefully vetted local trainers deliver at a time and place that is convenient. We deliver practical training within organisations, using their training, meeting or boardrooms. We have delivered training to engineering and construction firms, hospitals, government departments, community service delivery organisations and many others. We also use the meeting rooms at local workers' clubs, or other RTOs we have arrangements with, bringing our training to a place near you.
