I am excited to be partnering up with Shine From Within to hold a four part Nature Connection series these school holidays in their Online Academy.

Connecting with nature can have profound positive effects not only for yourself, but also those around you and the environment.

Join me for this four part online series as I gently guide you through some simple practices that can facilitate deep nature connection.

Today’s wet felting workshop in collaboration with Goulburn Regional Art Gallery was awesome! It was beautiful to watch the girls crafting and connecting with each other. Besides the awesome creations that were made the best part for me was hearing now scared and nervous the girls were at the start of the workshop and how happy and comfortable they felt at the end. They all said it was sooooo much FUN!

Make new connections and have messy fun in this three hour workshop, felting with wool fibres in collaboration with Goulburn Regional Art Gallery.

This workshop will kick off with a series of fun activities and discussions aimed at exploring awareness and making new friends. Following this we will make a different set of 'connections', learning the art of wet felting.

Still landing after last Saturday’s Weaving Connections workshop I co-facilitated with headspace Goulburn after finishing the workshop on such a high.

This was a little different to my usual Girl Tribe offerings as the workshop was open to women 18 years and over. Thirteen of us spent 4 hours together sitting in circle, connecting with nature (in all her gale force wind beauty 🌬), learning to weave and engaging in storytelling and conversations as we connected with each other.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive with many women not wanting it to end! We are all keen for further workshops and opportunities to connect.

Thank you to those women who dedicated the time to come along and brought so much positive energy into the space 💙✨💙

A shout out to PCYC Goulburn for the cozy room we were in. Tjanpi Desert Weavers for the beautiful weaving kits each women received and Emro Designs for the recycled Wattle mat we used.

Feeling privileged after holding a First Moon Circle last week for the year 6 girls Goulburn South Public School. We spent over three hours together learning, sharing, crafting and talking about periods and the menstrual cycle.

The girls were open, curious, sometimes embarrassed and remained engaged the whole time!

I wish I had this opportunity when I was their age!!!

The Winter months have seen me bunkering down and riding out the cold, windy and very wet weather. I am certainly looking forward to welcoming Spring and I think the animals are feeling the same way!

After the success of the Girl Tribe Autumn Retreat I will be hosting a Spring Retreat in the next school holidays. The Girl Tribe Spring Retreat will once again be held on my property incorporating the wisdom of animals, nature connection, creative experiences and opportunities for friendships to flourish.

So happy to be back in circle at Goulburn South Public School. A new term with new beginnings as we start our eight week journey together. New agreements were made that will guide us during our time together:
