A very special day yesterday as our Year 6 students, together with parish students, received the Sacrament of Confirmation! The students were so well prepared and it was a joyful celebration for everyone.
A huge thank you to the parish for preparing the parish students, and to Miss Hibben, Miss Bluett and Mrs Sartorelli for guiding our Year 6s so thoughtfully. 🙏✨

🌟 Week 10🌟
🏃‍♀️ Faction Cross Country this week – we can’t wait to see everyone giving it their best! 🏃‍♀️

Year 6 has been buzzing with activity! Our students recently took part in a fantastic Tree Planting excursion with the Armadale Gosnells Landcare Group, doing their part to care for our local environment 🌿💚

They have also been preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation, participating thoughtfully in a retreat day and a special parent–child workshop. We are so proud of their commitment and look forward to celebrating with them as they receive this important sacrament this Sunday 🙏✨

In the classroom, students have been engaged in sharing their innovation writing, reading each other’s work and providing thoughtful peer feedback, highlighting what they enjoyed and offering ideas for growth 📚✍️

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Cross Country is coming! 🏁

Our Cross Country event will be held next Wednesday, and we can’t wait to see everyone out there giving it their best effort!

🎨 All students are invited to dress up in their faction colours with fun accessories to show their team spirit!

✨ Year 5 Wrap-Up ✨
What a fantastic week we’ve had in Year 5! Our students have been busy across all learning areas, showing great enthusiasm, curiosity, and teamwork. From excursions to exploring new wizarding worlds the Year 5 students have approached every task and challenge with a positive attitude. 👏

🦜Our Year 5s had an exciting start to the week with a big day out at Perth Zoo. They learned all about cockatoos and their habitats, explored different enclosures, and loved spotting a lots of different of animals. 🌳

🚌✨ Our Year 4 students had a fantastic day at Boola Bardip Museum!

Students consolidated their learning about Australia’s First Nations Peoples, the First Fleet, and the importance of cultural connections throughout our history. 🖤💛❤️
They also enjoyed exploring the museum’s many fascinating exhibits and displays, discovering new and exciting facts along the way. 🏛️🔍

A highlight of the excursion was the interactive ocean exhibit, where students were able to engage in hands-on learning while exploring Western Australia’s unique marine environment. 🌊🐠
It was a wonderful day filled with curiosity, discovery, and learning! 😊
