Black Horse @ Melbourne Royal 🖤

Thank you to his team of experts who assist in keeping him happy and sound. We wouldn’t have him where he is without everyone behind the screens but we’re particularly lucky to have the expertise of Stones Farrier Service Grady'n Stones and Dr Duncan Pearce Scone Equine Group

It takes a village 🖤

On Monday we said a very hard goodbye to our darling Dribbles 💔

Nothing sums up our love for this horse better than this photo of him and his favourite human Gill. He put smiles on everyone’s faces, never put a foot wrong, taught children to canter, gave new mums their first ride back since having a baby - you name it he was your guy!

When Drib arrived to us he wasn’t in the best condition mentally or physically. We are proud to say that with lots of love and kindness we got him back to a happy, healthy horse - sometimes maybe too happy with his canter zoomies around the arena 🙈

Nothing prepares you for the sudden loss of a horse, but it was his time to go for a gallop up with his mate Harry. He left us knowing he was loved, like Harry he was able to rest his head in Clauds lap one last time.

His time with us was short but ever so sweet, he will have big shoes to fill - quite literally 🧲

We love you Ribbie, thanks for everything🤍

With our show fast approaching we are on the lookout for sponsors to help get some cool prizes for our riders!

We would love to get our local community around this event and hopefully make it one to mark in the calendar for years to come!

Please share, reach out to friends & family and get the word out about our show! New riders welcome! Stay tuned for the program and entry information!

Happy riding ☀️🦄

While we had the best time celebrating two of our best mates tie the knot we’re quite happy to be home to Claud’s little pot of gold Baldorra Bart 💛🌈

Reminder that we’re jam packed until our show in October but will do our best to fit in any extra lessons we can! The days are getting longer now so reach out and see where we can fit you in

Happy riding ☀️

We think all our horses are great, some days they show us how special they really are.

When I asked 7 year old Willow on the weekend who she wanted to ride for her lesson this week she quickly responded “Black Horse”.

Black Horse is my 17hh Warmblood who regularly competes around 135 -140cm tracks. He has looked after me for the last 5 years, he jumped me around my first Young Rider and my first Mini Prix. He is not a lesson horse, he has never been a kids horse. Willow hopped on today and he didn’t miss a beat. He looked after his tiny human like a real gentleman and allowed her to feel like she was on top of the world.

Thank you Blackie for being so perfect, there aren’t many like you. We love you 🖤
