STORMCo update: What a week! 💙

Our Blue Hills College STORMCo team has safely returned home after an incredible week serving alongside the Toomelah community. We are so grateful for the way the Toomelah community welcomed us once again.

There were plenty of memorable moments along the way:
🧗‍♂️Thank you to the NNSW Youth Ministries for bringing the Pinnacle climbing trailer and helping make the week so special for the children of Toomelah.
🏀 Joining the local 3x3 basketball competition, where our very own team of Kruz, Sienna, Caleb, and local Toomelah star Sage took out the championship!
🎣 Heading out fishing with some local Elders.
🔥 Finishing each day around the bonfire, singing songs, sharing stories, and roasting marshmallows together.
♨️ Continuing our STORMCo tradition with a visit to the Moree Hot Baths. This year was made even more special as a busload of Toomelah children joined us. We also enjoyed catching up with the Wallsend Church STORMCo team while we were there.

A huge thank you to Geof and Trudi Chilcott for their faithful leadership and servant hearts throughout the week. We also want to acknowledge our incredible Blue Hills College students. You represented our school with excellence. We couldn’t be prouder of the way you connected with the community and reflected the love of Jesus.

Thank you, Toomelah, for another unforgettable STORMCo. We already can’t wait for next time.
