Get ready to celebrate our love of books, stories and favourite characters!

Join us for our Book Week Parade on Wednesday the 26th at 8:45am. Come dressed as your favourite book character and get ready to show off your fantastic costumes!

We can’t wait to see everyone’s creative and colourful costumes and celebrate the wonderful world of books together!

Our students had a wonderful day at the Cobb & Co Museum, where they immersed themselves in Aboriginal culture through a range of engaging, hands-on activities. They learnt an Indigenous dance, explored traditional hunting artefacts, and discovered how these tools were used by Aboriginal people for thousands of years.

One of the highlights of the day was having the opportunity to throw a boomerang and learn about its cultural significance and practical uses. It was an enjoyable and meaningful day of learning that everyone will remember.

This term in HPE, we are learning about teamwork, team building, and being fair. This afternoon, we participated in several team-building games, including Cross the River, Clean Up the Backyard, and Builders and Bulldozers. These activities helped us practise working together, communicating clearly, solving problems, and encouraging everyone to take part. We also learned the importance of playing fairly, listening to others, and supporting our teammates to achieve a common goal.
