Father’s Day Stall 2026 – New Pre-paid Voucher System

This year, the GBSS P&C is introducing a new pre-paid voucher system for our Father’s Day Stall. This initiative is part of a move towards streamlining the process in future years and helping minimise the risk of students losing physical cash.

How it works:
• Pre-paid vouchers can be purchased through “Qkr!” under the Father’s Day Menu

• Vouchers must be purchased before the day of the Father’s Day Stall; Prepaid vouchers close at 2pm Wednesday 2nd Sep 2026.

• Vouchers are in $5 increments only. Items range from $1 - $10

• Vouchers are non-refundable

• Vouchers can only be used to purchase gifts at the Father’s Day Stall

No change will be given, so the full value of the voucher must be spent at the stall

If you miss the cut-off time for purchasing a pre-paid voucher, cash will still be accepted on the day.

Guest What GBSS Community! This week is Science Week! We are celebrating science with daily lunchtime activities in the hall. Let your child know about the wonderful activities they can choose to participate in. Some activities even include prizes for participating!

Reminder! Round 2 of Interschool Sport for years 5 & 6 is this Friday 14th August. BUS LEAVES 9:15am SHARP!

Key messages - No Tuckshop for year 5 & 6, No canteen available at the interschool sites either.

Bring: Packed Lunch, Water Bottle, Hat, Sunscreen, School Uniform, Playing gear. DO NOT wear football boots to school. (Boots are only to be worn once at the sports grounds). Joggers/ Basketball/Netball shoes can be worn instead of student black school shoes.
