The preliminary clearance rate improves across most capitals week-on-week - 7th April 2025. Brisbane had the highest volume across the mid sized Capital cities however had a slightly lower clearance rate than the previous week.

Last week Brisbane had the busiest and most successful auction clearance rate for the year.
