South West Taekwondo Academy Golden Bay Instructors Harry and Aleisha Kim have over 30 years experience in the Korean martial art of taekwondo. Self defence, confidence, strength, flexibility and self discipline are the key elements to our training structure. Classes are held on Saturday mornings between 9 and 10 am. Beginners are welcome to start this weekend! Ages start at 3 years old and families are welcome to train together. Private lessons are also available upon request.
