My story is not one of awakening or a tragedy that brought me to the door of Yoga, I knew I would be a Yoga teacher, even before I took my first class back in 1992, certainly long before I fell in love with it. No matter who you are, or where you are in your journey toward yourself. There is a place for Yoga. My background is in Psychology and Gestalt Psychotherapy, this translates to a grounding basis of open heart expression. I promote an honest & empowered practice to achieve self awareness.
