Nurture & Know
Our mission is to empower parents with confidence and calmness. Give yourself and your child the greatest gift by learning first aid.
I could put a few fingers down for this one 😅
As a paramedic, I would never be upset that your child was not critically unwell, this is best case scenario!!
I’m a paramedic and mum teaching parents baby first aid, make sure you’re following along!
We ideally WANT to let someone sleep who has had a head injury.
If a child is not showing any red flag signs after a head bump, now is not the time to withhold a nap. We need their brain to rest ❤️
We always want to make sure the child is still rousable. So check in on them regularly, and let them rest!

My daughter caught RSV.
I was petrified I was going to lose my daughter at 4 months old from the infection. She was so unwell and on high flow oxygen for days in hospital.
Finally, we saw our bright girl again.
I knew the red flag signs to look out for after 10 years as a paramedic. The retractions, the grunting, nasal flaring. But I also thought what if I didn’t?
I made it my passion to teach parents and carers of children this life saving knowledge.
I developed my baby & child first aid course with everything needed to manage emergencies in children.
CPR, choking, breathing emergencies, anaphylaxis, injuries, illnesses and more 🤒
Be ready before you need it ❤️

Much love xx
It’s pretty simple.
10mls of honey or jam (if under 12 months) every 10 minutes and IMMEDIATELY go to your nearest emergency department.
Button battery ingestion is an emergency 🚨

This product has been wanting another baby just so I can use it 😂
I stand correctly - it can also be used before starting solids as a teether and grab ring for dexterity and motor use 🤯
This is absolutely not sponsored, just going to start sharing products I think would be great for my community ❤️

Nothing like my 10 years experience as a paramedic bing degraded because of my gender 😅
The safest time to introduce a blanket to your baby is AFTER 12-18 months.
After this age, your baby ‘should’ be able to have the motor skills to pull a blanket away from their face.
However, I still don’t have a blanket in my 3 year olds bed. Her ergoPouch Australia sleep suit keeps her warm and cosy all night ❤️
I am making knowing how to save a little life trendy.
To start I am giving away 1 baby and child first aid course per week!!
