I have shared this simple practice to my new team…
“Just be grateful and get yourself in a good mood in the morning and do the work to get there and stay there.
And, then watch what you manifest!”
For some this can be challenging.
Not everyone wakes up inspired, empowered, peaceful, connected and confident.
I have been there. I get it.
And. It doesn’t have to be that way.
Thought patterns, wiring, codes, stories, circumstances, doubts, limiting beliefs, upper limits, class ceilings and fear can take us down!
Your the boss!
You can always take 10 and breathe, press pause on what’s going on, reset, and connect to what you desire in your life, who you want to be showing up like and be about it in a way that you do the things to have what you want.
I have been listening to a lot of Wayne Dyer and it’s true- what you think, you become!
When you get yourself in a good mood and clear yourself energy… when you visualize yourself rocking it…
Set your intention and connect the the truth that you are the source and creator and you can actually create what you desire.
And, take time at the end of the day for reflection and gratitude.
When you want to level up, elevate yourself with a next level winning mindset.
Build the skills, eq and intelligence.
Connect with your soul and be consistent with spiritual practices that serve you …and show up to achieve your next level.
And when you choose, choose empowered.
And take time to honor what you are creating.
