Our Toddler friends love to explore paint with their whole bodies—hands, feet, arms, and plenty of smiles! From squishy footprints to colourful handprints, every splash was a chance to discover new textures, build confidence, and express creativity.
Sometimes the best kind of learning is messiest kind of learning. 💛🌈

Our sand tray invites children to explore tipping, pouring, measuring, and weighing as they experimented with different containers and tools. Hands-on experiences like this, build early mathematical concepts such as volume, capacity, comparison, and estimation, while strengthening fine motor skills, coordination, and problem-solving. Through experiences like this, children develop confidence as they investigate, make discoveries, and learn that there are many ways to explore and create with everyday materials.

Strengthening fine motor skills while exploring colour recognition through hands-on play is something our Kindergarten children love to do. 🎨🖐️ Activities like these build hand strength, coordination, concentration, and early cognitive skills, supporting children's confidence as they learn through play. These experiences encourage children to become confident and involved learners as they investigate, create, and make meaningful connections with the world around them. 🌈✨ From here our Kindergarten room explored the colours of the rainbow, which connects directly with their weekly Japanese lesson where they have been learning to sing the Rainbow Song in Japanese.
