🏆 A scholarship earned through persistence
We are thrilled to share the incredible news that Nikita R (Year 12) has been offered a full Athletic Scholarship to the University of Massachusetts for 2027 where she will study Pre-Medical. 🇺🇸🎓
For Nikita, this opportunity is the result of years of relentless effort, determination and persistence.
Nikita has improved her 2km ergo personal best by more than 18 seconds and has become a standout captain, leading by example and supporting younger students along the way.
Her journey is a wonderful reminder that progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Sometimes, it comes from showing up, putting in the work and refusing to give up. We couldn’t be prouder of Nikita and this incredible milestone.
Congratulations, Nikita! We can’t wait to see where your persistence takes you next. 💙
P.S. Our BSRA Rowing Regattas are on every Saturday during this rowing season until the Head of the River on 29 August. This year our school is proudly hosting the Head of the River event, so bring the family along to cheer our girls on for a great day at Wyaralong Dam.

🎶 Celebrating the power of music at the 2026 St Hilda’s Gala Concert
More than 400 students from Prep to Year 12 came together on stage for an unforgettable evening celebrating music, collaboration and the special bonds formed through being part of the St Hilda’s music community.
Across Junior, Middle and Senior School, our musicians had spent countless hours rehearsing together, developing their skills, building confidence and supporting one another. Those with greater experience encouraged those just beginning their musical journey, creating performances that were far greater than any individual part.
The Gala Concert was a wonderful opportunity for our girls to experience the excitement of performing live for an audience while celebrating the dedication, talent and commitment of our students and staff.
Most importantly, the evening reflected the incredible sense of sisterhood and community that grows through making music together.
From Prep to Year 12, one music community. One unforgettable night. 🎶✨
