We had so much fun at our first Friends in Motion Session!

Our Giggle Buddies enjoyed drawing, dancing, moving and exploring different textures through our new Sensory Feet game. Everyone was able to join in and explore the activities in their own way, in a relaxed and supportive space. 👣✨

It was wonderful seeing everyone have fun, build confidence and become more comfortable in the new session. We’re already looking forward to doing it all again next week!

We’ve loved watching everyone explore the new studio and make the space their own. The energy, smiles and support from our families have made the start of this new chapter so special.

We are so incredibly proud of Abby and Ella for performing at the Gold Coast Disability Eisteddfod! 💜✨

Seeing them confidently step onto the stage and share all the hard work they have put in was such a special moment. Their bravery, confidence, friendship and growth over the past year at Wiggle & Giggle truly shone through.

For us, the biggest achievement was watching them get up there, have fun and show everyone just how far they have come.

To top it all off, they even took home 1st Place medals! For their open age duo🥇

🌈 Quick Session Update! 🌈

We felt that some of our Dance Style Sessions were a
little too short, so we’ve extended them to give our
Giggle Buddies more time to learn, practise and enjoy
each session.

🎩 Jazz is now 45 minutes
🔥 Hip Hop & Commercial is now 45 minutes
🤸 Tumble & Acro is now 1 hour

We’ve allowed extra time in Tumble & Acro to include
additional breaks, as it is a higher-impact session. This
gives everyone time to rest, reset and participate at a
pace that feels comfortable.

As our extended Wednesday Jazz session now finishes
later, we have also moved our Wednesday Groove &
Grow session to 1:00pm to allow plenty of time
between sessions.

A more structured Dance & Social Hour with a focus on building skills, confidence and learning routines while still having plenty of fun.

💚 3:00pm – Friends in Motion
Our sensory-friendly social session featuring movement, games, prop play and emotional learning in a smaller, relaxed environment.

🤝 Parents and carers participate alongside their Giggle Buddy.

Meet Wepsi, our bright, bubbly and fun loving new Wiggle & Giggle mascot! 💜

Wepsi is here to bring a little extra colour, excitement and encouragement to our community. She loves music, movement, making friends and celebrating every Giggle Buddy for exactly who they are.

Wepsi will be taking you through both our familiar and brand new session options. She’ll explain what happens in each session and help families discover which option may be the best fit for their Giggle Buddy.

From Dance & Social Hour and Sensory Social Sessions to Jazz, Hip Hop & Commercial, Tumble & Acro and Private Sessions, Wepsi cannot wait to show you everything coming to our new timetable! ✨

Choose from Giggle & Flow or Groove & Grow. These fun, inclusive sessions include dancing, games, movement and time to connect with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.

🌈 Sensory Social Sessions
Join Friends in Motion, a smaller sensory friendly session focused on movement games, prop play and social connection, with quieter music, lower lighting and plenty of fun.

💃 Dance Style Sessions
Choose from Jazz, Hip Hop & Commercial or Tumble & Acro. These sessions focus on building dance skills, learning routines and growing confidence, with optional opportunities to perform at Eisteddfods, expos and showcases throughout the year.

👨‍👩‍👧 Coming Soon – Parent & Carer Sessions
Similar to our Mother’s Day event, these will be fun and relaxed dance sessions where parents and carers can enjoy some time for themselves, dance, have a laugh and make new friends. Keep an eye on our page for more details! 💜
