When you're aware of your surroundings there are so many things to see

It's the annual clear out of clutter.

Coat hangers have been emptied or turned, it allows me to identify what hasn't been worn and is available to be released.

It's an amazing way to release clutter and move energy to create new possibilities

As I walked around my neighbourhood last night I realised there are many things we simply do not see. I've walked past these innumerable times in recent months and until yesterday had not seen them.

Which makes me wonder what else we might be seeing that we consciously do not see.

This includes behaviours, habits, actions, people and our surroundings.

My personal challenge is to notice and appreciate more in everything

Being aware of our surroundings opens us to new experiences or opportunities for reflection and appreciation.

It's been around 12 years since I worked around the corner from this guy, in those days he was new and celebrated as a piece of art.

My how the world has changed, while he has developed an aged patina nothing has remained the same.

We NEVER see ourselves the way others see us, they see us with kinder eyes and hearts. We see ourselves as a result of years of conditioning, negative thoughts and doubting ourselves. It’s time to see yourself with the same kind eyes and hearts look at others through.
