☀️🎡 RedFest adventures with Rory!

Last Saturday, Rory and I spent a beautiful day exploring RedFest — markets, games, sunshine and plenty of fun. We were kindly gifted a ticket for the Ferris wheel, so I purchased another and up we went! ❤️ The views from the top were pretty special.

We also caught the first performance of Outback Chuckles by Jelli Productionz 🎭🤠 — featuring some of the wonderfully talented performers I’m currently working alongside. I couldn’t wipe the smile off my face (or stop laughing! 😂).

Another beautiful day of connection, community, new experiences and plenty of smiles. 💜

💜😴 Tired Thursday 😴💜

By Thursday, sometimes the week starts to catch up with us — and today I’m definitely feeling it! 🥱

Feeling tired isn’t a sign that you need to push harder. Sometimes it’s your body simply saying, “Hey… I need a little more from you today.” 🌿

Maybe that means a slower morning, an extra cuppa, gentle movement, nourishing food, a little lie-in or simply doing less without feeling guilty about it. 💕

Rest is productive too. Listening to what your body needs today can give you more energy for tomorrow. ✨

✨🌈 Successful Sunday! 🌈✨

Today absolutely felt like a win! 💜

I spent three hours facilitating our BAMDance showcase workshop, and I couldn’t be prouder of what our dancers achieved. We learnt our opening routine for our upcoming showcase, and everyone worked so hard, supported each other and brought such wonderful energy into the room. 💃🕺✨

Success isn’t always about the big finish — it’s about the progress, teamwork and little wins along the way. Today was definitely one of those days worth celebrating! 🥰

I’m so proud of each and every one of our dancers. ❤️

I am so excited to be part of this absolutely fabulous, talented cast and bring this pantomime to life! 🎭✨

It has been such a joy being surrounded by so much creativity, passion, laughter and incredible talent. I can’t wait for audiences to experience the magic, the characters, the fun and all the surprises we have been creating behind the scenes.
