What a fantastic way to spend a Thursday evening!
Tonight was filled with dancing, laughter, learning, and celebrating each dancer for exactly who they are. Watching our dancers build confidence, develop new skills, support one another, and shine in their own unique way is what BAM Dance is all about. ❤️
No matter your ability, experience, or dance style, everyone is welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated. We meet people where they're at and help them grow through the joy of movement and music.

We offer inclusive, creative, and holistic support experiences across a few different areas:
💃 BAM Dance – inclusive dance programs for people of all abilities
🎨 Creative & holistic sessions – art-based experiences, mindfulness, meditation, sound-based relaxation, and space to reset and release
🎉 Guided Entertainment – kids’ parties, themed events, face painting, balloon twisting, costumes, and full-on fun energy
💜 Guide Your Heart Support Services – one-on-one support for emotional regulation, life skills, community access, and recreational outings
Basically… if it involves creativity, confidence, connection, movement, or joy — we’re probably doing it.

✨ Monday BAMDance Contemporary Class ✨
A great class today with our BAM dancers stepping up, working hard, and showing fantastic commitment throughout the session.
We focused on contemporary technique, choreography, and independent learning skills, with dancers being encouraged to think for themselves, remember sequences, and take ownership of their learning. It's one of the many things we aim to build at BAM Dance alongside confidence, creativity, and a love of movement.
We even mixed things up with our Question of the Week, which always gets everyone thinking! 😊

💜 What a fantastic way to spend a Saturday afternoon! 💜
After BAMDance today, I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon supporting Rory and Peyton as they enjoyed some quality time together.
The afternoon included lunch, a beautiful stroll along the jetty at Wellington Point, and some time at the park where two great friends simply got to enjoy each other's company, laugh, chat, and make memories together. 🌊☀️
The best part? The rain stayed away, allowing us to enjoy the fresh air, sunshine, and beautiful surroundings.
At Ignite services, we love being able to offer support that is truly participant-led. Whether it's catching up with friends, exploring the community, enjoying recreational activities, or simply choosing how to spend the day, the choice belongs to the participant. We believe support should be built around individual interests, goals, friendships, and what brings joy and meaning to each person's life.
Today was a wonderful reminder that sometimes the most meaningful moments are the simple ones—good company, great conversations, fresh air, and the freedom to choose your own adventure. ✨
