The LSA has had a busy week of connecting with our newest intake of Bond Law students!

🌟 We first met them at the Faculty of Law Orientation and Welcome on our student panel. Then, to kick off Week 1, we watched them make an important commitment to excellence and integrity throughout their law school journey at the Commitment Ceremony, which was made particularly special with a welcome speech from The Honourable Justice Gotterson AO.

🌟 On Wednesday, we had a big day with the semesterly Club Sign On Day and the LSA’s flagship first year event, The Domicile. At Club Sign On, our members welcomed students and shared how to get involved in the LSA to build lasting friendships and contribute to the student community. At The Domicile, we came together with the CLSA and ALSS to introduce our committee members to students and get to know them over a slice of pizza with a record number of attendees!

A big warm welcome to our newest Bondies! We cannot wait to get to know you more over your law school journeys and watch the amazing things you will do during your time with us and beyond.

The Clerkship Countdown is Officially On! 34 Days to Go!

If you’re interested in a career in commercial or corporate law, now is the time to start preparing. Applications for the Queensland Seasonal Clerkship Program officially open on Monday, 13 July 2026.

We are fortunate to welcome a number of firms to this year’s LSA Careers Evening that participate in the seasonal clerkship program, including:
