After 2 weeks of travel with more sitting than I’d like, eating not as well as I should, colder temperatures, and me realizing I’ll be heading back to bikinis, surfing, and summer; I’m high tailing it back into gear. Last month I put together a couple demo videos of my favorite HIIT workout for a project I’d like to launch later this year, so if you want to join me in my push to get back in better shape, I’ve uploaded them to a YouTube channel here for you to follow along!

FREE CLASSS this Sunday!
Join me for a mellow, fun filled SUP Yoga class where we focus on our goals, living life to its fullest, and discussing tools we use to create a healthy lifestyle. A class for all ages, and abilities. Some paddle and/or yoga experience is a plus, but not necessary.
As for boards, feel free to bring your own and meet us at 9:30am at El Dorado beach, or if you need to rent a board, meet about 15 mins early at the beach rentals shop there at El Dorado to get set up with a board. The basic board rental is $20 for the hour. Looking forward to seeing everyone Sunday morning! Please RSVP if you think you'll make it, just so I can have a rough head count. 🙏🏼💙🙏🏼
