I had the pleasure to fly with these beauties today - Ange and Abby @ The Wonderdome such a much needed day to connect in to self ’aleleau

One of my favourite days of the week - my time to fly, honour myself, bring forward and put on show every part of me, perform MY dance, with myself, with all that I am, with my FAMILY - everything high above, down below and in between.

It's been almost 3 weeks since attending a 7day workshop...Integrating what I learned is always interesting - always changing, how I move, turning, unfolding, peeling back layers...and always offering a new perspective of Myself. Aspects of Birth, Death and Love Love Love. The realisation that the potential within is infinite.
This is my Ohana, my Family, during my last Workshop - To whom I am very grateful to have flown with, who on some occasion carried me in the flock. Thank you.

Day 4 of a 5 day Kahuna Bodywork Workshop - in the lush Hinterland Breathing with everything around us, flowing with consciousness, finding strength, moving with ancestors, connected through space and time. Swimming in this renewing dam daily...constantly changing, adapting as I navigate the landscape.
