Ever searched this before? It could be something so simple!⠀
⠀
🥘 There is a reason why so many athletes choose to track their food intake, these can range from performance indicators, recovery but most importantly and why you’re still reading it can relate to your body weight. ⠀
⠀
By now you might have heard that eating too much, leads to weight gain. And eating too little leads to starving to death 😬⠀
⠀
So how do I know where to reduce food? 🤷🏻‍♂️⠀
⠀
The goal is to reduce calories, not food. So look at where your food choices are coming from. You can keep your food high if you make better food choices. ⠀
⠀
Changing from full cream milk to skim milk in your coffee. Choosing leaner meats like chicken breast over chicken thigh. And of course veggies over easy to consume carbs like rice, breads and pastas etc. 🍝 ⠀
⠀
📱So while you don’t need to track foods to lose weight. By tracking food I can incorporate foods I like like pasta, bread, Nutella etc. ⠀

What limit have you set yourself? ⠀
⠀
🔋 Do you go all out only to burn out in a matter of weeks? Or is it that you don’t know where to start so you don’t know how you can get yourself to the limit. Is the limit where you want to be? Will pushing myself to the absolute limit make me feel great and get the best results, or leave me feeling fatigued and tired all the time. ⠀
⠀
🥱 It’s hard to notice these warning signs yourself. It could have been a hard week at work or late nights out. It could be that how you’re training that leaves you feeling like you gave it your all, but now you don’t have the energy for anything outside the gym. ⠀
⠀
🏋🏼‍♂️ Training should be sustainable. It should be able to provide you with energy. Add to your life, not take away from it. To improve the function of your body, not make it worse. ⠀
⠀
😊 We have approaches to improve all aspects of your life, not just visual. We want you to look good, and feel good. Check the link in the bio to see what we can do for you.

Thank you so much to .disenos for putting it all together for me. I might be able to program training protocols and diets, but I sure am hopeless at putting together a website 😂
Link to my website is now in the bio ✌🏼

Has COVID-19 ruined your plans for that bikini body or your goal of being the healthiest you can be?! With gyms now closed across Australia in response to slowing the spread of COVID-19, I know many of us are feeling lost as to what to do, how to train, what exercises can and can’t we do at home? 😖🤷🏼‍♀️⠀
⠀
Well, home workouts are here! 🎉💪🏼 They’re still customised, will help you maintain your conditioning and ensure you’re still moving and feeling like you’ve smashed another workout. Nutrition at this time is so important everyone, so make sure that’s a point of focus too. ⠀
⠀
* The programs are individualised⠀
* They’re customised to the equipment you have access to at home ⠀
* Set macros to help keep you on track ⠀
* Video library of all exercises⠀
⠀
If this sounds like it’s something you want to do until your gym is open again, then shoot me a DM or email and let’s get you moving even out of the gym 💪🏼

NXT LVL Training Series Coming Soon⠀
⠀
The NXT LVL Series is a standardised strength and hypertrophy training series designed at helping the beginner that’s looking at starting strength training to the intermediate that’s been training for a while but lacking direction or variety in their programming. ⠀
⠀
🍪By no means are these programs cookie cutter or basic. Through each training block there will be smart and intelligent programing each designed with a specific goal. ⠀
⠀
💪🏼These training blocks will include warm ups for each day to help stay injury free, movement specific strength phases, hypertrophy blocks and active recovery days that incorporate mobility work and help with blood flow to aid in recovery. ⠀
⠀
📈NXT LVL includes macros calculated specifically for you, as well as downloadable PDFs to help learn how to track food and flexible diet. ⠀
⠀
📲Each person is assigned their own coach and will be able to have 24/7 contact with them via the app as well as a weekly online check in. ⠀
⠀
🥇The best thing about this is that it gives you the tools to stay consistent, progress safely, and achieve the results you’re chasing for the same price as a gym membership each week. ⠀
⠀
🤳If this sounds like something you’re interested in please contact me either via email or DM. ⠀
⠀
Our first training series with begin April 1st.⠀
