Just because you’re a trained yoga teacher doesn’t mean you are qualified to support children to do yoga safely. Children’s yoga is DIFFERENT. Their bodies, emotional awareness and regulation is still developing. They way children are taught is specific. Young children should NOT be taught pranayama and I explain this in my training. This is dangerous and wrong on so many levels.
If you love teaching yoga to children - invest in proper training.

We start the first in-person module on Sunday 1st June. This is my ONLY in-person offering this year and I prefer to keep the group size intimate to allow for plenty of personalised discussion. We already have a few students pre-enrol so this intake will fill up fast!
