Noble Nest Early Learning Centre is a welcoming, nurturing and family-focused early learning centre in Ormeau. We are passionate about creating a safe and engaging environment where children feel valued, supported and encouraged to learn and grow.
We are looking for a Diploma Qualified Lead Educator to join our team.
💛 About the role:
• Lead and support your room team
• Plan and implement engaging learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Mentor and guide educators within the room
• Maintain high standards of supervision, safety and compliance
• Contribute positively to our team culture and centre program
🌟 We are looking for someone who is:
• Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Previous Lead Educator experience preferred
• Passionate about working with children
• Confident, reliable and organised
• A strong team player and communicator
• Committed to providing high-quality education and care
📋 Essential:
✔️ Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
✔️ Current Blue Card
✔️ Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
✔️ Good understanding of EYLF and NQF
📍 Location: Ormeau
📅 Monday to Friday
⏰ Availability between 6:30am – 6:00pm

Our Book Week foyer is ready! 🎉📖 We can’t wait to celebrate the wonderful world of books with our children and families.
Don’t forget to tell us your child/children’s favourite book! ❤️📚 We would love to include their favourites in our Book Week display.
We have also displayed some of the children’s favourite books that they shared and discussed as a group with Ms R, our Educational Leader. It has been wonderful to hear the children talk about the stories and books they love! 🌟
We look forward to celebrating Book Week together and sharing our love of reading! 📖💛

We are so proud to share that our Noble Nest Art Auction was a wonderful success, raising an incredible $4,010 to support children and families affected by cancer. 💛

A huge thank you to our amazing Noble Nest families, educators, children, local community and everyone who generously donated, purchased artwork, contributed items or supported the event in any way.

Seeing our children’s creativity turn into something that can make a real difference was truly special. Every artwork, every bid and every donation helped us reach this incredible result. 🥰

We are especially grateful to the talented artists and families who donated artwork, and to everyone who came along and made the day so memorable.

Today was a beautiful reminder of what an amazing community we have here at Noble Nest.

Our Art Auction brought together families, friends, local artists, businesses, and community members to celebrate our children's creativity while supporting a meaningful cause. The smiles, laughter, conversations, and generosity throughout the morning made it a truly special event.

To everyone who attended, donated, bid on artwork, bought raffle tickets, volunteered, or supported us in any way—thank you. Your kindness and generosity helped make today an incredible success.

We are so proud of our little artists and incredibly grateful to everyone who played a part in making this event so memorable.
