The key points in this video are:
1. Understand your personality type.
2. Get clear on your passions and interests.
3. Elicit your values so that you know what is important to you in life.
4. Get yourself into an environment in which you flourish.
5. Take action and relentlessly persevere.
6. Most importantly take a small action step - get feedback - ask yourself what you learned - and take another action step.
7. Your behaviours will build the identity. If you are not satisfied with who you are then build new skill sets until it becomes wired in and part of your identity. Tell yourself, "Be strong - you can do it!"

There’s a man…

Sitting in the back seat of his own life.

The city is dark.

The road is chaotic.

And the driver…

Is a shadow.

The car speeds through a red light.

Horns blare.

People shout.

Chaos closes in.
