Your Somerset Alumni Association allows you to:
* encourage others to join;
* view our calendar of events;
* view photos from Alumni events;
* update your personal information;
* inform others of your activities via a biography facility;
* view, post or seek assistance on any particular issue on the bulletin board;
* search for and contact any member registered within our Alumni Association. Unlike other alumni associations, your membership to the Somerset Alumni Association is free. Keeping in contact with the College via the Alumni Association will ensure you are invited to regular social functions held. You will also be able to receive information about areas of interest and keep up-to-date with important information through our newsletters, news alert, reports and guides. We hope you enjoy your time on your Alumni Association site - after all, this is your page, your school, your Alumni Association!

The Somerset Storyfest Charity Golf Day is back, and we have some exciting news to share...

The Somerset Alumni Association has been generously gifted four complimentary player registrations to form an alumni team for the day! Whether you're a seasoned golfer or simply looking for a fun opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni, we'd love to hear from you.

🌟 Alumni Spotlight Series 🌟

This week, we're shining a spotlight on Alex Beck (Class of 2009), an Australian Olympian whose journey from Somerset College to the world's biggest sporting stage is a testament to perseverance, dedication and resilience.

Specialising in the 400m sprint, Alex has proudly represented Australia at international competitions throughout his athletics career, including the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, where he achieved a personal best performance on the Olympic stage.

He is also a multiple-time Australian champion and has consistently demonstrated what can be achieved through hard work and determination. Join us in congratulating Alex on his outstanding contributions to Australian sport.

Today, she is a senior marketing leader with Amazon.com Web Services (AWS), where she helps drive strategic marketing initiatives for one of the world's leading technology companies.

Since graduating, Lauren's career has spanned Australia, Europe and the global technology sector, with experience across digital marketing, partnerships, product marketing and brand strategy. Her journey reflects the power of embracing new opportunities and continuously evolving in a fast-paced industry.

From the Somerset College stage to screens across Australia and beyond, Ryan Johnson (Class of 1996) has built an impressive career in film, television, and theatre. After excelling in the performing arts at Somerset, Ryan went on to study acting at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) before landing roles with leading theatre companies and acclaimed productions in Australia and the United States.

Known for his work in Doctor Doctor, Love Child, House Husbands, Fairly Legal, and many other productions, Ryan continues to be a shining example of where talent and dedication can lead.

We are proud to celebrate Ryan's achievements and his place within the Somerset alumni community.

Last Saturday, more than 130 alumni, former staff and friends of the College came together for The Somerset Alumni Annual, an evening filled with laughter, reconnection and shared memories.

Today, we're looking back at some special moments from the night, including photos from our milestone reunion classes of 1996, 2006 and 2016.

It was wonderful to see old friends reunited and new memories made, all a testament to the enduring strength of the Somerset College community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. We can't wait to welcome you back for another unforgettable evening next year🥂✨
