These 3 simple ingredients take this meal from boring to moreish. Simply sprinkle some mingle seasoning on the chicken & cook in the frypan
Once assembled on the plate as a small amount of the Asian style dressing and a drizzle of half fat kelpie Mayo

The meal is a bed of rocket leaves
40 second quick cook basmati rice cup & chicken breast with seasoning.

Thank you to all my clients who underwent a BIOSCAN. This information not only helps you understand what is going on with your body and the changes that are happening it also gives me an inside into how to design more appropriate sessions to meet your personal goals. Our post conversation after our SQUAD SESSION this morning was about building muscle and having the body you want but it all being hidden underneath Body fat. Our daily nutritional choices have the greatest impact on changing this.
Strength training will give you strong muscles and a functionally active body to carry you through life along with a lot of other internal health benefits. The aesthetics of your body will not change however if you are chasing a certain look if your nutrition is not on point. The old 80/20 rule is the best way to achieve this so start your plate with your protein source complete first and build around it
