Fiji, you were such a treatšŗš“āØ
I still moved my body most days, just little less structure & a little more living. Not because I was trying to stay on track, but because it makes me FEEL good. Itās part of my lifestyle and routine wherever I am.
Now itās time to head home with a full cup and get back to buildingš¼āØš¤

I think one of the most frustrating things is doing all the ārightā things and still not feeling your best.
Because when that happens, most people assume they need to try harder.
But what if thatās not the answer?
What if the answer is understanding what your body is actually asking for?
Because you canāt fix a problem you havenāt identified.
And you definitely canāt solve it by working harder at the wrong thingš¤
