Did you know that the P&C run a pre loved uniform shop Labrador State School .
The shop relies on donations from the school community to keep operating so we can help families in need. We accept uniforms, stationery, books and even high school uniforms too. We are in desperate need of small skorts.📚🩳👕
You can drop off at K block next to the bike racks on a Monday morning 0830 to 0930am. If you cant make it at these times please flick us a message.
Thank you all for the support

💙 Happy P&C Day! 💙
Today we celebrate the incredible volunteers who are the heart of our school communities. From fundraising and tuckshops to governance, advocacy and community events, P&C members help create stronger, more connected schools for students and families across Queensland.
P&C Day is an opportunity to recognise and thank the parents, carers and volunteers who generously give their time, skills and energy to support their school communities.
Whether you’re cooking at a sausage sizzle, running a meeting, helping in the tuckshop or quietly working behind the scenes - thank you. Your contribution matters.

We wanted to send a huge thanks to some students who contributed to our Mother’s Day stall this week.
The Arts Excellence students in year 5 and 6 made these excellent shirts and badges, approaching the P&C about selling them.
Year 6 student Alex also donated these delicious home made jams. Alex previously sold his jams to raise money for his netball team and a charity and decided to help raise money for Labrador State School this time around.
Love how they look? Maybe give your young people a hint for tomorrow 😉
